Nancy Giles

The Allen Firm, P.C., has employed Ms. Giles since 1985 where she currently serves as Office Manager. Her experience includes not only legal matters, but accounting and employee relations. Having received her B.B.A. in accounting from Tarleton State University, Ms. Giles performs all accounting functions for The Allen Firm, P.C. along with time and billing matters, tax issues, employee policy management, computer systems management, and other matters relating to the administration of the firm.

Sonda Smith

Ms. Smith has been employed by The Allen Firm, P.C. since January 2004; she has over twenty years experience as a secretary and Administrative Assistant and came to The Allen Firm, P.C. from a national Dallas, Texas firm where she served as Credit Manager and administrative assistant. Her present duties include collection and bankruptcy litigation support as well as general litigation assistance.

Rachel Thackerson

The Allen Firm, P.C., has employed Ms. Thackerson since March 2006, where she currently serves as legal assistant with responsibilities primarily including preparation of real estate documents, corresponding with clients, and assisting in closing real estate transactions.  Ms. Thackerson received her A.A. degree from Cisco Junior College and her B.B.A. in management from Tarleton State University.

Georgia Bissett

Ms. Bissett has been employed by The Allen Firm, P.C. since July 2006 where she currently serves as a general litigation assistant.  Her duties include collection matters, corporations and partnerships matters, bankruptcy litigation support as well as general litigation support.  Ms. Bissett received her B.S. degree in management from Tarleton State University.

Shannel Landeros

Ms. Landeros has been employed by The Allen Firm, P.C. since August 2007. In addition to her position as receptionist, Ms. Landeros serves as legal assistant for probate and estate planning matters and provides secretarial support to all of the firm's attorneys.  Ms. Landeros received her A.A.S. degree in individual studies from Jefferson Community College in Watertown, New York.

Krystal Cole

A lifelong resident of Stephenville, Ms. Cole began her employment with The Allen Firm, P.C. in October 2007, after several years of managerial experience with a local financial institution.  Ms. Cole presently serves as a litigation assistant and her duties include business litigation and collection litigation support, as well as general litigation assistance for all of the firm's attorneys.
